Yaldhurst Wools LTD, handling pure woold, one of the oldest fibres in the world.

Yaldhurst Wool Ltd is a private wool merchant and exporter of quality wool. Yaldhurst Wools was founded in 1988 by John and Marylyn Betts. John came into the business with 24 years experience with Walter Hills & Sons Ltd, Christchurch, and John Marshall & Co Ltd, Christchurch.

Our Wool is sourced from farms throughout the South Island of New Zealand. Our staff have a combined experience of 200 years in the wool trade.

In 2009 we started Exquisite Wool Traders, selling our top quality blankets and throws in a shop next to our wool store. They are available online to purchase also –  www.exquisitewooltraders.co.nz
